Wellman Sport is an advanced, specialist supplement developed specifically for men training to excel in sports and fitness.
The comprehensive formula helps to maintain optimum levels of nutrition and contains ingredients essential to support performance during sport and training. The formula is not a weight or muscle gain ‘protein’ type product which often do not provide a balanced source of the daily vitamins and minerals needed; rather it provides all round, balanced multivitamin support that can be taken every day.

L-Carnitine is used by the body to burn fatty acids into energy and assist in electron transport in cell mitochondria.
Octacosanol is believed to perform a number of beneficial actions in the body such as assisting the body's ability to use oxygen which muscles need during exercise to perform and recover. Octacosanol may support muscle function by preventing the build up of lactic acid and increasing the body's ability to store glucose as muscle glycogen.

Wellman Sport contains antioxidant protection from vitamins C and E, which are thought to be especially important for endurance athletes. This is because antioxidants help protect against the increased production of free radicals generated during exercise.
Wellman Sport also contains amino acids L-Arginine and L-Tyrosine. L-Arginine provides the building blocks for proteins, muscle tissue and is ideal for those with hectic lifestyles who want to get the best out of their sports training, while L-Tyrosine is known to help sustain energy release and plays a role in metabolism.

Co-enzyme Q10 is required for electron transport, generating energy within cells and also used by the body as an antioxidant.
B-complex vitamins help support efficient release of energy from food and help maintain red blood cell formation and muscle function.

Siberian Ginseng Extract: Traditionally used for many years as an herbal adaptogen to maintain vitality and may help support physical and mental performance. Siberian Ginseng is approved for use and is not contraindicated in sport.
Vitamin E (natural source): Antioxidant that can also help maintain tissue health.
Vitamin C: Important to help protect against the free radical damage in skin cells and to maintain a healthy immune system.
B Vitamins: Involved in protein and energy metabolism.
Iron: Present only in moderation as men have lower requirements than women and high levels are not recommended. Iron is a vital part of haemoglobin found in red blood cells.
Magnesium: Important during physical exercise, which can place extra demands on the immune system.

Directions
One tablet per day with your main meal. Not to be chewed. Swallow with a glass of water or a cold drink. Do not exceed recommended intake.
