Kalms Night Tablets provide temporary relief from sleep disturbances so you can get a refreshing night's sleep without feeling drowsy the next morning. They contain valerian, used for thousands of years as a natural sedative, to encourage sleep and are ideal for short-term sleep problems caused by stress, jet lag etc.
Kalms Sleep Tablets are suitable for adults over the aged of 18 and are a traditional herbal medicinal medicine, based on traditional use only.

Directions
- Adults over 18 years: Swallow 4 tablets, 30-60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, on subsequent evenings, swallow 4 additional tablet earlier during the evening.
- Children under 18 years: Not recommended.
Ingredients
- Active Ingredient: Dry extract from Valerian root 96mg (Valeriana officinalis L.) (equivalent to 384-480mg of Valerian root) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60%v/v.
- Excipients: Maltodextrin, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.
- Other Ingredients: Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Talc, Silicon Dioxide, Hypromellose, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol and Saccharine Sodium.
Cautions
- Kalms Night Tablets are designed to make you drowsy. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking these tablets.
- Alcohol may increase the sedative effect of Kalms Night Tablets, so avoid excessive alcohol consumption.
- If you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
- If you are taking any other medicine for sleep.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you are under 18 years of age.
