Description
Nytol One-A-Night Tablets
Nytol One-A-Night Tablets are a clinically proven night time sleep aid, to relieve temporary sleeplessness and lull you into your regular sleep pattern. They contain diphenhydramine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that blocks the normal actions of histamine - the chemical that stimulates arousal-promoting areas of the brain. This helps to reduce alertness and promote that first drowsy stage of sleep, making it easier to drift off naturally into restful deeper sleep.
Nytol One-A-Night Tablets have been shown to help those suffering from sleep problems caused by jet lag, stress and personal problems such as bereavement to fall asleep faster, have a longer, deeper sleep and to wake up feeling rested in the morning.
Nytol One-A-Night Tablets are suitable for adults and children over 16 years of age.
