Directions
Take the tablets with liquid immediately after a meal.
To lose weight: take 2 tablets after each main meal. Take 3 tablets if taking a very high fat meal.
You can safely continue using XLS-Medical after you have reached your target weight, for example after having consumed a particularly calorie rich meal, in order to prevent weight gain.

- Active Ingredient: Litramine, a patented fibre complex of organic plant source (prickly pear).
- Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate Dihydrate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Chlorophyllin, Vitamin A-Acetate (Retinol), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin E-acetate (Alpha-Tocopherol).

Cautions
XLS-Medical Fat Binder is generally suitable for anyone over 18, with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5 or higher. However, do not take:
- If you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
- If you eat liver or liver products once a week; with other retinol-containing products.
- If you are at risk of osteoporosis (post menopausal women and older people).
