Oralieve Moisturising Mouth Gel is a saliva substitute for people suffering from dry mouth (xerostomia) that can also be applied under dentures to help retention for added comfort. It works instantly to relieve the symptoms of mouth dryness and the long lasting formula provides relief for 2-5 hours during the day and up to 8 hours at night for effective night time relief.
Oralieve Moisturising Mouth Gel mimics the action and feel of your saliva and contains the same natural system found in normal saliva – the Lactoperoxidase Enzyme System, as well as the iron-building protein, Lactoferrin. This system inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria and provides people with dry mouth and sensitive mouths with the essential salivary enzymes and proteins required for a healthy mouth.
Oralieve Moisturising Mouth Gel also helps to maintain the pH of the mouth to help keep your mouth healthy and contains xylitol, a naturally occurring sweetener proven to act against dental cavities.
As a dry mouth can cause sensitive and sore gums, Oralieve Moisturising Mouth Gel contains no alcohol, menthol, strong flavours or detergents for added comfort. It has a neutral taste that is not sweet and is recommended for diabetics.

Directions
Apply liberally to gums and tongue, or under dentures, whenever mouth feels dry, especially at night. Repeat as necessary.
